Tours GOLFITO NATURE RESERVE | | We start off with a drive in the jungle right behind Golfito and make a stop at „Betty`s Place“ - one of the town`s many lookout points. At an altitude of 450 meters, relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Golfito, the Golfo Dulce and the Osa Peninsula. We then hike down throught the rainforest to town where a boat takes you through the bay of Golfito to Playa Cacao. We end the day with a jungle trek to the coast of the Golfo Dulce. RIVER TRIP | | Captain Walter, your guide and naturalist, will help you discover the flora y fauna of the Rio Coto and will show you crocodiles and alligators. You`ll travel downriver to the Pacific Coast and Playa Zancudo with its miles of sandy beaches where you can sun, swim and surf. Hungry and thirsty? Smal bars and restaurants abound. CAVE-TOUR | | Looking for adventure? Try exploring one of the most extensive cave system in the region. It starts off easy with a picture drive to C. Neilly passing by a working banana packaging facility. This is followed by a river trek along the Rio Corredores. Next comes a slightly challenging hike to one of the region`s largest caves. To get to the entrance, you will have to climb 30 meters! To date, only the first 1927 meters of this cave have been explored. Of interest inside is the running river „Guaymi“ with it 2 waterfalls and rare fish - blind from living in constant darkness. |  Person 35.- $ |
